For coffee, you choose your preferred grind when you order. Our teas are loose leaf, brewed to the time and temperature on each pack.
Use the brew time and water temperature printed on each tea's pack for the best result, since different teas brew best at different temperatures.

Whole beans hold their freshness a little longer than pre ground. Loose leaf tea keeps well for several months when stored properly. Both are still perfectly safe beyond these windows; they simply taste their best when fresh. To keep them at their best, store in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and moisture, in an airtight container once opened.
