Shipping policy

How long does it take orders to ship?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS. 

All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with, which will trigger an automatic notification.

Can I pick my package up through local shipping or in-store pick-up options?

No. Joygee LLC does not currently offer local shipping pick up or in store pick-up.  

Can I have my package shipped internationally?

International shipping is available. Please be sure you are using the calculated shipping rate in Shopify as we charge you based on the same calculation.

Be aware, international shipping is expensive, represents 1.4% of total business and 18% of total shipping issues.

Most international orders ship best via USPS 1st class International.

International orders cannot be guaranteed to be delivered and are
not refundable in any way.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@joygeecoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the status  for you.

Can I have my product delivered to a P.O. box? 

No. Currently, Joygee LLC carriers are not able to deliver directly to post office boxes within the United States, due to legal restrictions put in place by the government.

 

My product is in a different package than what is displayed on the website.

Product packaging, labels, and materials may vary from the images shown on this website. Suppliers may update packaging design, or product details without prior notice, so the item you receive may look different from what is displayed online. Please read all labels, warnings, and directions included with the product to ensure the product flavor, grind, and size match your order.
